Battle Belt 1 G2.0 + G-Hook

Battle Belt 1 is an innovative belt constructed of Curv Tactical 1,4 mm. Mechanical properties of Curv outperforms classic materials used in most belts. Chassis made of Curv is more durable and stiffer yet lighter and thinner than webbing one. Main frame of BB-1 is made of a single Curv element with Molle cutouts. Upper and lower bars, which you use to mount pouches, are an integral part of the belt's structure, not separate, stitched elements.

BB-1 G2.0 without buckle in size M weighs only around 125 grams.

BB-1 has a unique feature we call “Tail Catch” - one end of the Curv chassis is extended and the other one slides into the channel. That creates a closed, stiff and stable frame around the waist. Extended tail features Molle windows to mount pouches very close to the buckle, expanding the real estate of belt. Channel is mounted by velcro to place it in the best place depending on size. 

BB-1 frame is 45 mm high. It’s compatible with almost every holster and pouch equipped with a belt mount. 

Inner side of BB-1 is lined with a 40 mm velcro hook on the entire length. That makes BB-1 stable and eliminates sliding down under load. Yet the hook is lower than the pants belt so it shouldn’t damage your apparel. 

The buckle on the BB-1 is not permanently sewn in and can be replaced without tools. The BB-1 is compatible with almost any buckle designed for 25 mm webbing. The non-adjustable end features a hook-and-loop fastener that attaches to the inside of the belt. This way, it doesn’t occupy any MOLLE cells, and there’s no risk of it coming loose. The other end is used for adjustment and depending on size , is threaded through the Molle windows. The excess webbing is secured with One Wrap Velcro, which prevents the buckle from loosening on its own and allows you to easily roll up the excess webbing. 

Battle Belt 1 is not intended nor rated as a PPE belt.

Battle Belt 1 has a velcro hook on inner side and to work properly requires a pants belt or comfort pad with a velcro loop. 

Pants belt and comfort pad are not included, must be purchased separately.
