Prototype of new belt

Molle Sleeve - built of composite Curv frame wrapped with laminate for camouflage, more rigidity and smooth edges. 
Project of the belt is ended from our perspective. Our only concern are vertical cuts for belt weaving - we want to test whether the Curv is weakened too much.

Molle Sleeve is designed to work with any 40-50 mm Rigger's Belt but also, if not mounting holster - just with front straps to reduce weight. However, the solution shown in the photo is not currently available as it does not work properly.

Comfort Pad - at the moment we're sticking to stiff and airy 3D mesh. This mesh is thick, stiff and have massive airflow compared to everything else on the market. Cons are water absorption, drying time (not tested yet) and tendency to collect debris such as tree needles. Advantage over foam is airflow. 
To give more stability we used silicone tape on the mesh for better grip. We want to test durability of silicone.
